CAYAS is one of the largest and most active Interest Groups of WLA; its members include public library staff serving children and young adults, and a large number of school library-media specialists. Regular continuing education workshops are held in various locations of the state providing opportunities to learn, share ideas, and spark continued enthusiasm for library service to youth. Membership includes a workshop registration discount and regular newsletter.
Membership in one Interest Group is included when joining WLA; please use the membership form available from the WLA Membership Page.
Washington Library Media Association (WLMA) members can join with a reciprocal membership option.
